The app keeps you up to date on everything you need to know before, during, and after the event. 

Please make sure notifications are turned on so you receive important reminders and updates. Downloading the app is essential to being a Stars Aligned vendor.

Each vendor booth is a standard 10x10 space.

Small setup: one 6-foot rectangular table
Large setup: two 6-foot rectangular tables

Tables and chairs are optional add-ons to each booking.

Rent Your Tables & Chairs ->

You can add tables and chairs to your booking up to 2 days before. 

If you haven't added them yet, click here and select the option that fits your setup. 

When you choose this add-on, your tables and chairs will be ready for you when you arrive, so all you have to do is walk in and set up your products!

If you're bringing your own table, we ask that it be no longer than 8 feet.

We recommend going through the Vendor Readiness Checklist in the app a few days before the event to make sure you're fully prepared.

• Payments: Make sure you have a way to accept payments. If you don't, reach out in advance! I'm happy to help set you up with tap to pay and other options.

• Arrival times: Double-check your arrival time. If you registered for extra setup time, you may arrive at the time you registered for.

• Rules and guidelines: Please read all rules and descriptions so you know exactly what to expect upon arrival.

Vendor texts will be sent within 5 days before the designated event time. 

Please note, vendor fees are non refundable.

We promote close parking to allow vendors to setup easily.

For the comfort of our customers, we ask all vendors to move their cars once event time begins.
