Vendor Info & Agreement

  • By confirming your signature, you agree to and understand the listed vendor agreements.

  • Vendor selling food, beverages, or consumable products are solely responsible for ensuring their products meet all applicable health and safety standards.

    Stars Aligned of Saraya Brands LLC is not liable for any damaged, stolen, illnesses or medical emergencies between vendors and customers.

  • Stars Aligned, its organizers, volunteers and affiliates are not responsible for any loss, theft, injury or damage occurring at the event on connection with a vendors participation or products.

  • Vendors are responsible for any damage caused to the venue or surrounding property by themselves, their products or equipment during the event.

  • Vendors who arrive to events without full deposit paid, must pay at the front desk with an added $45 fee.

    Vendor deposits and fees are non refundable.

    Deposits are captured to ensure accuracy, attendance, and commitment.

  • Vendor applications will be considered late, 20 days before each event.

    Late applications will result in a $25 fee, to ensure we make your booth perfect with short notice.

  • Stars Aligned is built on the foundation of Christ. We ask that vendors maintain professional behavior.

    Stars Aligned has the right to remove a vendor without refund, if policies and rules are broken.

  • Mini: 1 Round Table

    Small: 1 6ft Table

    Medium: 2 6ft Tables

    Large: 1 6ft & 1 8ft Table

  • Vendor Contracts must be submitted within 10 days before your selected event.

  • The vendor mobile app can be located in the Seller Portal.

    Simply press “Get the App” and enable notifications.
